about us

Inspired by handmade street food from their home-city Taipei, L.A. based bling bling dumpling crafts foods that dazzle vegans and omnivores alike with recipes that remix Taiwanese comfort foods using inventive flavorings, creative presentations, and a Queer sensibility that has always made bling bling so popular.

Foods feature fresh handmade dumplings, modern asian fusion, and small eats, all with tasty social experiences and community in mind. It all started with home ‘dumpling parties’, now bling bling is at festivals, catered events, office pop-ups, and delivered from their ghost kitchen.

bling bling dumpling gained fame on the California and Vegas festival circuit, drawing long lines at Coachella, Bottle Rock, and Life Is Beautiful, among others. The dumplings have been profiled in LA Weekly, VoyageLA and Los Angeles Beat, and bling was honored with an award by the California LGBT Caucus as a Queer business making a difference! bling bling was originally co-founded by Pei-Yen Chen, Cindy Pao, and Christina Webb. With a ride-or-die team at her side, Pei-Yen is now sole captain of the bling adventure.
